Tim Doherty never had a paper route. He diligently worked his way through the ranks of his family roofing company from an early age, learning everything he could about the technical aspects of the job, and valuable life lessons in leadership and the power of perseverance.
While sitting across from his family's customers, he learned that a stellar reputation is the most important asset that any business, or person for that matter, can build. At the same time, he began to understand the reason for the extreme distrust that exists for the home improvement industry.
The first of his family to attend college, Doherty graduated with distinction from Suffolk University after the rigorous undertaking of a double major combining global business innovation strategies with international law and diplomacy. He went on amassing new experiences in the construction market until a large national home improvement retailer reached out to him to bring some structure to a struggling home services acquisition.
His pulse on market trends during his tenure with that company lead him to the realization that the consumer home improvement market was changing rapidly and that restoration projects were taking the place of replacement projects as younger generations began buying their first homes with less disposable income for major undertakings, particularly for interior projects. That realization, coupled with the urge to get back to his roots in helping budding organizations grow responsibly, brought him to Sir Grout.
He is laser-focused and default aggressive towards his new goal of seeing Sir Grout become the paragon of hard surface restoration globally.

Yenly has been an invaluable member of the Sir Grout team for over 8 years, starting her journey as our Digital Marketing Account Manager. Throughout the years, she has transitioned into several key roles, eventually becoming our Operations Manager. Her tenacity, determination, and persistence have played a crucial part in our success as a franchise, and she consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the company's growth and development.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Yenly connects with our diverse clientele and staff, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
