I recently had Sir Grout come out and work on two shower floors, 3 bathroom floors, and my kitchen floor. Sam and Mike showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and diligent in their work. They did exactly what they said they would do and let me know what I needed to do to ensure a successful result. I could not be happier with the result. Eric was great to work with. He saw an issue with our pebble stone shower floor and immediately brought it to our attention, and already had a great solution that would extend the life of the shower floor for years. Eric created a custom color to fix the issue that matched the existing colors and looks great! He was efficient, great at communicating, and produced a great product. Sir Grout Raleigh did an excellent job—just as promised. They restored the tile in my bathroom, and the results were outstanding. Mike was the on-site professional, and he showed up right on time and stayed until the job was done right.

He was careful, respectful of our space, and made sure not to leave a mess behind. You don't always get that kind of attention to detail these days.

I had a fabulous experience with them from beginning to end, from Evan coming out to give us a quote and explaining our options to the day of the job (today), when Mike arrived ready to go to work. He arrived punctually, had a cheerful spirit, and worked heartily and with such a great work ethic. He put his whole heart and soul into what he was doing in order to deliver a great result. Mike came out today and cleaned our shower, which had 25 years of soap buildup and various other discolorations. He did an excellent job and was professional, courteous, and very hardworking. I would highly recommend him.

Eric cleaned and sealed the grout in four bathrooms and my laundry room today. He did an incredible job. I couldn't believe my eyes when I compared my before-dirty grout picture from 20 years ago with the results he achieved. He also made the perfect grout color recommendation. These guys are top-notch. They got rid of all the hardwater spots on the shower floor that had defied everything I had tried. And unlike so many businesses, they showed up exactly on time. Very professional and quality work that I would definitely recommend.
