I got an estimate to fix the stained, ugly grout in our main bathroom from Tim at Sir Grout Raleigh. It wasn't cheap, but after Nathan and Eric finished the job, it took my breath away.

From the interior of the shower, the entire floor, and the jacuzzi tub surround, the bathroom looked brand new! No more mold, mildew, discoloration, or missing grout. It is beautifully sealed, and I now have the proper method of cleaning to avoid any future problems.

Had my 15-year-old kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room tile grout restored on 12/23/24. We live in Wake Forest with 3 dogs who are always tracking in dirt, and the grout lines stay looking dirty even after several mopping attempts. I even bought a steam cleaner to try to keep the grout clean, but even after this, it just looked a little cleaner and not clean.

My wife and I now feel Sir Grout solved the issues, as the grout and tile now look brand new. The grout is now sealed, so it will not absorb the dirt like it did prior to the treatment.

Kudos to Tim, who took the time to explain the process and provided an excellent price quote. Yes, we did get another price that was higher, and the salesman just came in, looked at the tile, and said, "You need to restore your tile. Here is a brochure. I will email you a price." He was in and out in 5 minutes.

Also, major kudos to Chaz, who did the restoration work. You could tell he cared about doing a good and professional job, and his communication was excellent. So, if you have dirty grout that you cannot keep clean even after trying all the grout cleaner options on the market, this is the only option I found, just have it restored.

I highly recommend without any hesitation Sir Grout to be the company that completes the restoration.

Sir Grout did an amazing job on our bathroom tile. Not only did they clean and seal our entire double shower, but they also cleaned all the tile in the room, including around the tub and toilet! It looks like a new bathroom. They also provided a recommended cleaning product and applied a sealant on the floor.
