Sir Grout Raleigh did an excellent job refurbishing my master bathroom. During the initial visit to provide an estimate for the work to be done, they were extremely thorough in explaining all the details regarding the estimate and the actual work.

The shower in particular needed to have the grout cleaned and sealed. Joe, the technician who did the work, was top-notch. He has been doing this type of work for 25 years, and it certainly showed in the quality of his work and his concern that we were completely satisfied with the result.

Bonus: he also repaired a joint that had separated in our kitchen granite countertops, so you can no longer tell there was an issue. This company provided us with a very high level of professional service throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had two bathroom floor grout colors changed to a darker color with Blade and Joe. Blade was spot-on in suggesting the best color.

I thought the process would take all day, and it was completed in two hours, and I was surprised that the floors would be ready to walk on shortly after they finished. The floors look brand new, and I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
